The rates are per apartment and day based on 2-person occupancy.
For each additional person we charge 25,00 € per day.
Since January 1st, 2026 the tourist tax amounts to € 2,90 per person (over 14) and day. The tourist tax is payable on departure and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates.
Unfortunately dogs are not admitted.
You can settle your bill in cash (according to the Italian law only payments up to € 3.999,00 can be settled in cash) or by credit card or ec-card.
In case you cancel your stay up to one month before arrival, there won’t be charges. Otherwise we will charge 70% of the full price. In case of delayed arrival, early departure or no-show, we will be obliged to charge the full price for the booked arrangement. We therefore strongly recommend taking out a cancellation insurance.
